I have done that. Great, because you can layer it. You can layer it, yep. Good? You're in? Absolutely. Okay. You want to also microwave. If you're going to use refried beans, microwave those on their own. Oh. Because they won't heat. They'll heat slower than a chip or a cheese or a protein. I never make nachos.

Yeah. Well, Greek yogurt.
But before we had Greek yogurt, before Greek yogurt was readily available in America, we made do with sour cream. What's the difference?
I mean, if you even want to be, if you want to be like indulgent, try the full fat Greek yogurt. It's better than sour cream. And then if you want to be – you can actually have a sort of healthy meal with zero-fat Greek yogurt, and it's got – and it tastes pretty much like sour cream.
Yeah, that's like, again, a child's way of thinking. It's just like, well, yogurt's sweet.
Well, let's tell you, you know, Greek food, tzatziki, our white sauce. What the fuck do you think that is?

I'll go to Bodega in Astoria and see a poster for a guy that was, like, selling out arenas in Athens 10 years ago. Yeah. And he's playing, like, you know, still kind of big shows. He's doing, like, QED or whatever. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But I'll be like, holy shit, this is, like, who I grew up. My parents were playing this music. Yeah.
And this guy's, like, you know, three blocks from my fucking apartment. They wheel him out like Frankie Valli.
