It's wild because as you're talking, I can like literally picture myself every month wondering why I feel certain ways and then certain things will happen, like I'll get a bleed.

But I think what you were talking there about the menstrual cycle...
It's one of those things that I think it's always nice to have a refresher on the menstrual cycle.
I think like when we were taught in sex ed, it was very much the reproductive angle.
And then as we got a bit older, it was like this scarcity around like not using protection or like...
which are all valid things.
But I think very little time was spent on really helping, especially young girls entering their menstrual cycle for the first time, understanding the shifts that actually happen.
So do you mind giving our audience and ourselves a little refresher on that cycle?
And I suppose through the different phases, what's actually happening with our hormones?
