And what happens, like, so obviously perimenopause, menopause, it can go over a matter of years.
Yeah.
When it's over, do we, like, get a break?
I feel like as well with things like...
rage or being volatile or whatever, if you can identify where it's coming from.
And I know since having my ADHD diagnosis, this has certainly helped in this.
It doesn't mean it doesn't happen.
It doesn't mean I don't, you know, erupt and those moments happen and whatever and I can get really overwhelmed or emotional.
But I can at least identify why it might be happening or why I might be struggling a little bit more.
So I feel like I give myself a little bit more grace, I suppose.
So do you think that, like, since being diagnosed, and I would love to know what the symptoms of ADHD kind of, you said that it kind of heightened.
It did.
What were they, like, that made you think, okay, there's more than this?
Because you'd been diagnosed for a while and you'd kind of, I suppose, been on that journey of, like,
whether it's medication or just knowing what's helping you.
And then so I suppose for them to heighten again.
The meds stopped working for me.
Right, okay.
