So on that, Paul, it's hard for them to treat the causes, though, when the causes are to do with a huge geopolitical situation happening and the problems there.
So surely they can only treat the symptoms.
Yeah, I take your point that this is to do with the kind of long term policy problems, but you can't solve those issues overnight, can you?
