If you look at the situation now, in order to increase employment, you would cut rates, wouldn't you, to increase demand, to encourage more jobs and more business. matched

These things are currently going against each other. matched

On top of that, you've obviously got government policy that's made it much more expensive to employ people now. matched

So we've seen double digit increase, particularly in employing young people now. matched

Uh on top of that, you've got the national insur insurance contribution rises. matched

All of these other things mean that would be very difficult for the Bank of England to be able to have any input in employment if the cost of employment has gone up so much. matched

And we talk about that all the time on this and it's one of our big beefs. matched

But there's something else we wanted to ask you around all of this as well. matched

What about people like Gabriel Zuckman who talk about this two percent uh wealth tax on, you know, particularly rich people? matched
