So do you think this is a bad move then, this growth and skills levy?

It's gonna be for like awared is and things like that and not properly for digital and tech.

But the government want to make sure it is in digital tech and engineering.

So and obviously one of the big concerns around around AI is whether it's it gonna enhance or replace people.

And that can that be upscaled then?

In terms of your business then, are you kind of pivoting more towards providing that training? 'Cause that's what it feels like 'cause you recently acquired a a European AI um business which does training in this area.

Is that because you're thinking this is where, you know, is this a commercial decision obviously, but also do you think it this is where things are going?

So when you look at us then, the UK, are you thinking Germany's where we want to be at?

And so can you see that um the the growth and skills levy in its current form or its new iteration, is that gonna be a way to to to help companies provide this then?

Is that gonna be something you're a a pot you're gonna be dipping your hands into?

And when you are talking to employers, what are they saying to you about the skills they need and are they talking about enhancing employees or replacing them?
