I won't show the players under the bus.

It's kind of like criticising the players without saying you're criticising the players.

Now, I thought it was a risky strategy, Vinnie, because when you start having a go at the players, sometimes that can go a very bad way.

But it does seem to have worked.

you wouldn't like to be a number 10 one week and a left winger the next week you wouldn't like that you wouldn't like all the stuff that Finlay I do like I can kind of see what Gareth's saying because like I've said it before when bows are at their best this season they are absolutely sensational to watch it's so so good and that's why I go back to my point of do they need a couple how many games have they lost this season but do they it sounds like so many Finlay

No, no, this is what I'm saying is they need a couple of bastards.

It's because they get into situations where they're weak in defence or they're weak in midfield.

The other team breaks them down and they score.

And they need a couple of players in there who are shouting at their teammates, you get into position or you... Why weren't you back there blocking that shot?

Or why weren't you... There's not enough of that in the team, I don't think.

I don't think there's anything wrong with the way the team are playing or...

You know, they're a brilliant team to watch, but it's the players need to take responsibility for mistakes that they're making on the field.

And to do that, they need a couple of real proper leaders on the pitch.

And look, you know, there's a couple of the more experienced players in that team who have been there a while who are not what you would call like proper leaders.
