So what we're saying is the the the action has to be at the local level and the new organizations that have been created with Commonwealth funding, the primary health care networks in our view, or they're required by the Commonwealth to set priorities about what they should be doing. voice-verified

And we're suggesting that those organizations need to set priorities for these places which have had such disadvantage for ten years in a row. voice-verified

They should be investigating what is it that's in the local community, what is it that's not there, what is it that's causing these that's driving these admissions, and they should be developing local action. voice-verified
