And it's like, this is really weird.

And so that's, I would love to, I wish that maybe there's an AI way I could do it, but I'd love to find what all I would want is I'd need to be near an airport.

I'd need to be within 30 to 40 minutes of an airport that can take me to LA, New York.

San Francisco, Chicago, Dallas.

Take me to all the big hubs, right?

It doesn't matter.

I don't care how long the flight is, but preferably middle so it's not too far to LA so that you're a hop, skip and a jump back to Australia and whatever.

Why not?

I don't want to be in a big city.

I don't want to be in New York or LA.

So you wouldn't live in LA?

Honestly, it would be like, why would you not be at the baseball every day?

So I'm a West Coaster.

But then you think about like Arizona, Nevada.

Honestly, it's really just the fact that, you know, financially I don't have the wherewithal under the means.
