And I would estimate that that action plan, and it needs to be an action plan.
Rather than just a memo.
If it's a memo on a report, it's just going to sit in a desk and nothing's going to happen.
It actually has to be an action plan.
And I would estimate that that action plan has the ability to save this economy somewhere between 50 and 100 billion euros.
People might say, where are you coming up with those numbers?
Under the National Development Plan, we estimate that we'll spend 275 billion euros.
If we keep working within the system that exists, we will waste about 30 billion euros navigating that system.
That's then on top of the economic output and the loss of investment that this economy is going to suffer now and into the future if it does not deliver the critical infrastructure it needs.
And we are at the point now.
We have no longer, we are out of time.
And there's an urgency about this.
Oh, an absolute.
And that's why I would say this document, sorry, this action plan is now as important as the creation of NAMA was back in 2011.
That's how important it is.
There's been a lot of creation of... You've obviously created Irish Water.
You've created the Office of the Planning Regulatory.
There's numerous things we've created.
I think we have to kind of say we are where we are.
We now need to look forward and we now need to deliver.
