And of that, like 6,000, 7,000 were hotel employees.

So they actually had a property management arm.

And I, being head of HR technology, was tasked with my quarterly OKR was rolling out manager self-service in the HR system.

And we had someone on the show, Amy Schwartz.

She is the chief people officer at a company called Wiz, W-I-Z.

They were acquired by Google, like Google's biggest acquisition ever.

It's an AI company.

And she came from the casino world.

And told us a story about how at the company she worked for, they had this notion of taking out the trash.

And you always knew what an employee was kind of made of.

This is my interpretation of her story.

By whether or not they're willing to take out the trash.

And she was like, every pit boss, no matter what property I was in, always took out the trash.
