And so I believe now you're more than 40 or around 40 people on the HR organization, in the HR organization, is that right?

And in my experience, when you're building, expanding a people team, that usually isn't a linear process.
It's like you take three steps forward, one step back, two steps forward, four steps back.
You ebb and flow.
And as I believe you should with the business.
And so...
When you look back at the journey, what were some of the key inflection points, either in terms of the business driving changes or driving expansion or more needs, or just the evolution of the team itself?
When you think about those key moments, can you share some of those with us?
One of the, I've worked, I've been exposed to a few businesses that their growth strategy was growth through M&A.
Obviously, that wasn't the only lever, but that was like the main lever for a few businesses that I've worked with.
And one of the things that sticks out, jumps out at me from those experiences is it always felt like there was a need to like pattern recognition was really, really important.
