How are we going to do things differently next time?
Because there will be a next time.
The only given is we're going to have to do this again, y'all.
And so being able to see the pattern and take the right actions but still give space for each business, they're all a little different, right?
There's no silver bullet in how you do M&A.
In our prep call, you mentioned that, like,
through all of these acquisitions, a playbook started to emerge.
Can you tell us a little bit about that playbook and how it came?
What are the kind of key parts of the playbook and how it came about?
And so as you look to the future, and what I love the house analogy, because we're constantly, we're never done.
And there's always improvements that we can make.
And, you know, seeing as, but it seems like we're in a pretty good spot, like the foundation set, we've got the frame, we've got all the required pieces are there for like everyday life.
But as you look to
optimize life, make life even better.
You know, what are some of the things that you that are under consideration?
Like what could the next, you know, 10 years, the net or if there was a people services, you know, 2030, you know, what would that look like?
And I promise that wasn't an AI question without saying AI.
I truly am just like curious.
I was just going to say really quickly, and honestly, thank God AI exists for job architectures.
Because if you have not done that before, it is tedious.
