And I'm mentioning it because you've touched on two things that, but StrengthFinders was also recently kind of resurfaced in our lives.
One of our clients, the company called Cloverleaf, they do AI coaching for managers.
And I, it's just, you know, you talked about the importance of managers and giving them the tools they need to succeed and kind of
ever-changing world and that's what they do but they leverage your whatever assessment data you have that strength finders being one of them and I just like I'm a disc person because I spent a lot of time on sales teams but it's like that you can never go wrong going back to that data and reassessing yourself and others like in your immediate realm of influence and so love that you did that

Yeah, I'm a big believer in assessments and knowing I have a curiosity that I just want to know why I'm wired the way I'm wired, why other people are wired the way they are and like a pursuit of like just being better, being better for myself and being better in my interactions with others.
I am also not a high empathy person.
Interestingly enough, AI is really good at that.
Like, you know, I can give it kind of my thought and my intent, and it can help me call out or like, you know, transform, help me find words that are more empathetic in nature.
