Growing up, I didn't particularly like my dad when I was growing up because we barely saw him.
He worked a lot of hours.
My mom was a typical woman.
Back in the day, wait till your father gets home, then you're going to be in trouble, that sort of thing.
So she created this fear of this monster.
But she would be the one who would tuck you into bed.
She would tell you I love you.
So I got that balance.
And so when I see my siblings with their kids, I mean, my two nephews are now in their 20s.
And they are the most grounded young fellas I've met.
Aware of stuff, sensitive, but also quite down the line.
And that's why I like it.
No, no, belt to ass in their life as well.
You know, they're not going to clap around the ears.
I did my brother one.
Just punch him in the face.
Well, basically, just to give context, I was asked to do a show called Pilgrimage, The Walk to Rome.
And I'm not religious in any way, shape or form.
But this program came in.
