Oh, it's great to have you here.
And the thing that we were just talking about off-air that I absolutely love is it's 5 a.m.
over in Perth when we're recording this, and you're in your truck while you're driving.
You've been up since, what, 2 a.m.?
Yeah, yeah, 2.30 this morning, yeah, on the go.
And so, Sean, you left school at 15.
Take us back then and what was going on?
Those are the days.
And so you ended up buying your first house in Invercargill pretty quickly.
Talk to us how you go from leaving school at 15, starting work at the meatworks to then purchasing that property, you know, before you're 20 years old.
That would have been just before Invercargill house prices started to take off because the region started to take off around 2016, right?
But the interesting thing about that is that was 2015.
It wasn't even that long ago.
And one of the things I love to point out to people is that
Although the median house price in New Zealand is around about that $800,000 mark, there are still areas in New Zealand that are substantially cheaper, like where the median house price is half the average in New Zealand, right?
