So, you know, let's understand their Australian credentials.
They employ a lot of people in Australia.
They're a great Australian company.
But what's going on there?
Why is that?
Why wouldn't you list them in the Australian Stock Exchange?
I know they wouldn't because Australian Stock Exchange typically treats software companies very poorly, loss-making software companies very poorly, to be honest, as opposed to the US one who they build in the traction of the future in businesses, where in Australia we just look at the profit.
And that just leads to suboptimal outcomes, to be honest.
So...
But, you know, it's a well-trodden path.
But you have companies like Canva, for example, who've stayed in Australia, which is lovely.
And Safety Culture's another one.
We've got a chap, Luke, in here.
He's fantastic.
So, you know, you really have some good businesses here that will stay.
um but there's other issues when you grow a big company in australia if you get past if you go into um requiring to be a limited limited company so you you're pretty well ltd at some point if you grow up you have x many employees or x many shareholders you have to actually put your
annual reports on ASIC every year.
So this isn't, this is a public company.
This isn't a listed company, but this is a public company, right?
You have to put it through ASIC.
