Nobody's giving them because if somebody was giving them the price for Hellibuck, the trade would be done.

So, in my opinion, the longer that this goes, the better it is.

Because if Hellibuck truly wants out, which I believe he does, you said the the Winnipeg press 95% chance he wants out.

Yeah, I think he and Chevaldeov is asking for two firsts, a roster player and a prospect, and nobody is paying that.

So you have to lower your price.

Nobody's gonna give that to you.

So your options are keep a player on your team that doesn't want to be there, risk the holdout or whatever other bullshit would happen, or you make the deal.

And at this point, to make the deal, your price is too high, clearly, or it would have been done already.

So I think this benefits the Sabres.

I think that it's all right that it's taking a long time.

I'll tell you it's making the offseason really fun because as opposed to most offseasons with the Sabres, it's like, okay, they drafted eighth overall again.
