You see the like the memes going around Instagram and like the stories, and it says I love summer, but I have an itch, and it's like the sabres or the bills or football.

And I'm like, fuck that itch.

Like it'll be here before we know it.

And I'm even at a point where I'm a curmudgeon about fall.

I know people call the fall the elite season.

My best friend falls her favorite season.

Can't stand any of it because to me, fall just means winter is coming, man.

I can't stand it.

I am not the cool winter is coming like game.

So the only reason I'm not champing at the bit for football and hockey to be back is because it's only July what thirteenth or whatever it is.

I want to soak up this summer.

I haven't taken my kids to Darien Lake yet.

We have season passes.

Work kind of just kind of wrapped up for me.

The fourth of July is the end of our busy season at work.

So now it feels like I can get summer back.

Pat, I have over a hundred hours PTO to use by the end of the year.
