And how important has it been for you to do something that feels like you're actually impacting your treatment, you're impacting your condition, you're actually taking some control?
Yeah, this is actually a big theme that we come back to on this podcast an awful lot.
You know, Northeast London, as Caroline says, is such a diverse part of the world.
And I think they have, there's a big challenge in, you know, the languages, the literature is put out in this.
I think I was reading, there's no word for screening in Romanian.
You know, there's so many different challenges.
There's so many different things they have to think about.
And, you know, one of them, you know, as you say, Lucy, a massive one is the accessibility of all this kind of thing to people.
And I think that's the key thing with 5k away, isn't it?
How accessible it is.
and how open it is to anybody.
Well, yeah, yeah.
you're actually probably in a good position to compare, you know, different, um, you know, from your first diagnosis, Caroline, 14 years ago to your diet, your secondary diagnosis and, and talking like about prehab and the stuff you might be offered in the, in the hospital.
What, how has that changed?
