Have you been, uh, uh, spoken to a lot more the second time around on things like prehab?
Lucy, do all the people that you work with, all the oncologists, all the people you come across in different hospitals, not just the one you work in, do they all kind of buy into the impact of or the benefits of activity?
We did an episode actually a few weeks back, Caroline, with the prehab team from Barts.
I think they were quite interesting in a lot of things, a lot of the kind of challenges that they have with colleagues, maybe like with patients who just want to focus on their treatment, their chemotherapy or whatever it might be.
And it is a difficult thing, I guess, isn't it?
But how do you both think that
that healthcare systems, cancer alliances, we're talking about cancer alliances, how do you think healthcare systems and cancer alliances can better support patients to encourage them to get physically active or a bit more physically active possibly?
Yeah, very much so.
This is something that you can actually do.
This is all these things that are taken out of your control.

I've just been diagnosed maybe.
Um, I want to take a first, you know, first little step, a first little baby step into getting a bit more, uh, a bit more movement into my life, a little bit more active.
