It's not carpet bombing anymore.
Now it's a sawed off shotgun.
But, you know, it's still it's still imprecise.
You know, it's like it's not that sniper rifle just hitting the cancer cell and nothing else.
But we're getting closer and closer to more precise treatment.
And, you know, what what a cure looks like.
is when we're able to create or find the treatment that precisely knocks out the version of cancer you have and doesn't do all the collateral damage.
So that's the progression.
But to do that, it's a different paradigm of how we even deal with the medical knowledge.
It's like you can do a randomized controlled trial if you've got a bunch of people that are all the same and we vary this one thing at a time and see if it makes a difference.
But when everyone has a different disease,
You know, when you get down to like N of one, like how do you do the old kind of clinical trial?
It's a different process.
It's a different kind of way of dealing with medical knowledge or old reductionist approach of, you know, one variable at a time.
Well, that's not even how medicine works.
It's like many variables at a time.
It's a whole network that, you know, happens to shift things a little bit more this way so you can, you know, overcome the disease.
It's complicated.
And AI can help us figure out precision medicine where we really just couldn't do that before at the level we need it.
Smart.
