And and there's this whole opaque transaction that ends up in a Saudi court where his shareholding is put into trust for the possible future in which he reconciles with the royal family.
So, like nothing is ever kind of hard and fast in that Saudi Arabia.

Uh there was a lot of cash flowing through these construction projects in Sudan.
I don't think the family wanted him to starve.
In any event he had his own income streams uh in Sudan.
Yes, he had businesses.
He had fundraising.
You know, he wasn't just a source of funds.
He was also a magnet for people who wanted to make charitable donations in causes that he espoused.
And so, you know, he had developed that fundraising network during the Afghan War, which was a righteous and politically approved cause, but he still had other people uh who supported him.
