And by the way, to connect us to the current news cycle, because a lot of Americans have had to endure this smoke, which has come down from Canada.
It's been awful in a lot of parts of America.
The haze, the smell, darkness in the middle of the day, those fires were preventable.
But Canada, because of its radical policies, doesn't properly manage its forests.
You know who else doesn't properly manage their forests?
California.
So California's problems and Canada's problems become problems then for the rest of the country because smoke doesn't stay where we necessarily want it to stay.
The winds take that smoke to other places.
So that's the beginning of the problems in California is that Gavin Newsom refuses, for reasons of totally misplaced eco-radicalism, he refuses to properly manage the forests of California.
The way other states do, by the way, I show this in the documentary.
This was news to me.
I learned this doing my research.
Florida used to have a huge problem with wildfires, in part because Florida has, it's obviously a hot place.
They have tons of lightning, which is how most wildfires get started.
And Florida used to have a real problem.
