I always recommend in a commercial message, I say you should take real estate classes.
If you're going to invest, you should take classes.

Oil would be $10 a barrel, a gallon, whatever it is.
So everything is done to incentivize people like you and me to do what the government cannot do.
But this guy Romney can't even articulate that.
He makes $21 million, and they hammer him.
Even the Republicans hammer him for being rich.
So there's something really sick in America today.
It's really sick when they hammer.
