There's a lot going on.

I feel we've had a new hire, Shah, who's recently started, which has taken a huge load off.

And I think I made a comment to Shay.

We have these like Monday morning check-ins.

And I said it was the most relaxed I had felt over a weekend.

I used to go to the gym first thing in the morning and then I would go straight from there into work.

So I'd be in at sort of 7 in the morning or 7.30 because I felt like there was just so much I had to get to and that was the time.

And I haven't felt like that for the last, I mean, she's only three or four weeks in.

Three weeks.

But for the last week, week and a half, I haven't felt like I've gone home and spent time with family.

I've gone home.

I go to the gym first thing and then I go home at seven and then I spend an hour with the kids before school.

Great hire.

I'm feeling good.
