You know how most guys, they work on defensemen our whole lives.

And Hayes, you did it playing junior hockey.

Defense drills, the coach dumps it up the board, you've got to glove it down and then take a shot on net.

Instead of doing that, you're doing that kind of stuff that that kid just did.
