Yeah.

They wrote the term sheet.

They wrote the entire term sheet with the only numbers that you could fill in being capital N and valuation.

And they sent it out to Sandhill and they said, we're not taking any meetings.

And I'm like, it's pretty strong.

Like, damn, that's really don't need to raise.

That is, and even Tom's like, eh, that was probably a bit much.

We got lucky.

But the, and we, so, you know, that's, there are companies that don't need to raise.

And so I think that, Adam, I think where that's coming from is,

I mean, when Docker raised that kind of money, would be like, you guys should be stressed out.

You don't have like a revenue model.

Like that's like, you know what I mean?

You have nothing figured out.

And you've just like poured a ton of fuel onto like a fire, frankly.

And it's like, yeah, you, so I think that that's where that question is probably coming from.

But I think in our case, it's given us just a lot of confidence.

we gotta make a bunch of these things.

That's all of the operational challenges.
