Is it causation?

Probably.

Uh and uh and you know what and probably it's provoked conversations in Beijing.

Maybe it's can provoke the conversations in Tehran too.

Uh but any anywhere that there is this case maybe even in North Korea, I mean the Hermit Kingdom has come up with more than a few dozen of their own nuclear weapons by most estimates.

And uh

They have miniaturized submarines, why wouldn't they have tactical nukes?

Uh so there's you know this is not, sad to say, really advanced science and engineering at this point.

This technology is coming up on a century old in the not too distant future.

And the the miniaturization of things, adaptation to different scenarios, that's a more recent.

But this is, you know, if the North Koreans can do it, this is a good thing.

Yeah, frankly, I've lost track.

I mean, there's there's sort of the famous P five when that was supposed to be a thing.

Uh and uh obviously India and Pakistan have joined the club and North Korea's joined the club.

There's a debate about whether Israel is or is not in the club.

Uh it's certainly not declared.

Uh but all those that I mentioned are declared.
