I don't really like basketball like that, but I knew I really like to work out.

I like to work.

I get a good dopamine hit when I work out.

I definitely wanted to work, and whatever he said, I'll do.

I trusted him, and he'll just put me through whatever drills.

I'll show up every day, and I'm fine.

I had some sort of motivation.

Then the basketball love, I fell in love with it as I was learning it because I started to like, oh, okay, there's different strategies, tactics, whatever.

That's the stuff that was actually really interesting, and that's when the love came.
