There is no option to submit documents.

Amazon wants us to pay and send samples to lab again.

Yeah, so this guy essentially got all the stocks taken down.

The answer, by the way, here, Stephen, as well, if you're not aware of the situation, is that basically Amazon in specific categories, toys being one of them, just recently onboard a bunch of new compliance partners.

And so if you had the CAC compliance or CPC compliance before, if it wasn't through one of those partners, they're now taking away both the CAC and the ITC compliance and saying, hey, you have to go through an Amazon partner now for this, even if it is actually compliant.

Of course.

But yeah, the unfortunate answer here is that there's not really an option.

Your option is basically go through manager compliance and go through one of these new partners because that's what Amazon wants.

And they're not going to accept any of the former documentation you probably had, which is unfortunate, but part of the Amazon ecosystem and dealing with it, so to speak.

amazon is stranding fba inventory for sellers but still selling it at the same time you might be somebody who's also affected by this and this was first reported by our founder stephen pope where we're seeing this across a ton of different brands and when i say a ton of different brands i mean we're seeing it on multiple different brands where currently speaking they have a bunch of uh inventory that is in stranded aspects now the big part and you'll see for this one specifically
