That they didn't need to describe it.

So we've got a

There's a really interesting I'm gonna kinda wander off subject here, but there's a a really interesting book called uh nonfiction called The Athenian Trireme.
And what it's about is
We knew in present day that warships, Athens and Sparta warships, had triple decks, right?
Three rows of guys rowing, but nobody knew how it worked.
Because those boats had been gone for like two thousand years.
So in modern day they tried to reconstruct it.
