And I think he's going to be totally fine.

It's, you know, you look at a guy like Chase Reed, I think he's more refined.

There's no real true flaws in his defensive game.

And Verhoff might give the puck away a bit too much.

But giving the puck away too much and skating are two things that coaches will fix.

I think you can't fix a guy who's 6'4".

You can't make a guy who's 5'6", all of a sudden 6'4".

I know that's a big cliche, but that size matters.

And his mobility with that size is pretty impressive right already.

So I think, yeah, he could be a better, quicker skater.

But it's not like you're having to find a guy who has no idea what they're doing.

There are six foot four defensemen in this draft who can't skate.

He's not one of them.

I think he's going to be fine.

I think a lot of the hate towards his play is a little bit overblown.

I think a team taking him in the top 10 is going to be very happy.

I think, well, in my most recent mock draft, I actually had the Canucks taking Ilya Morozov out of Miami University.

He, I believe, was the youngest guy in college hockey this year.

And that was very impressive for someone like him taking this step up here, playing for Miami University, a team where he would get a lot of ice time, playing 20 minutes a night.

Not a very good team, but he was able to do a lot with them this year.
