So there's, my understanding is,
Those are the two major ones that are in process.
I don't think people truly understand it.
I think they just imagine, you know, the giant, loud building, you know, right behind their neighborhood, and they don't want that, which I get it.
You know, big, effectively manufacturing enterprise plants like that, you don't want that around your neighborhood.
That's going to drag down property values and so forth.
People are torn up about it because they don't understand what they're getting torn up about.
They see this on social media, they hear their friends talk about it, and they go, worst case scenario, they don't actually know what these things are going to look like or be like.
Imagine that.
As they're Snapchatting their buddies, right?
Yeah, sure.
But no.
Data centers are no big deal.
We've had data centers for so long, and new ones have been popping up all the time.
The only reason people are freaking out about it is because a big deal has been made about it.
And so a lot of people that previously would not have ever mentioned it are suddenly finding something else they can get upset about.
They're not quiet, but it's not any louder than any other manufacturing thing.
The thing is, in terms of power, any modern data center is going to require their own power generation or some kind of dedicated power provisioning.
That's not going to affect anything.
