So I think when I started, right, when I started talking with Les, I thought, Susan used the words command and control.

I thought that's what he was going to bring to the table, right?

The whole theory of kind of command and control and how do you make it happen.

And certainly Les gets, you know, ultimately you need to tell people everything.

to take the hill and they need to be willing to take that hill.

He's very, very clear about it.

What Les brings and his really, really very clear point of view, as well as the other military folks who we interviewed for this

And I think that's really kind of an interesting way of thinking about leadership, right?

Our leaders ultimately want to align us around a mission and get us to execute.
