Yeah, absolutely.
So one of the things we touched on earlier is our health summary, or some people often call it system risks.
And what a lot of people don't know, at least looking at it from the outside, is
It is not just as simple as matching some patterns or looking at some strings.
present in auto support.
It's a lot more than that.
It's a very comprehensive program that we have been running for many years that has several different components.
Obviously, technology is a component where we take certain patterns and look at things across our install base.
try to minimize any kind of false positives that maybe try to be as prescriptive as possible.
In addition to that, there is a process for rolling those things out.
So the process and the people components along with the technology component actually make it
a very comprehensive program that a lot of companies in our field do not have.
And as we are getting mature, we are also looking at advanced algorithms that we apply across our autosupport data warehouse to predict things that would take hours, in some cases days, particularly if you had a large install base at hand.
So we're on a journey here, but the clear message is we are really good at spotting some of these anomalies for our customers well in advance.
And the big advantage here is we are spotting things that could one day become a critical case or an event for a customer.
So we are really in the process helping our customers achieve
very high levels of availability by mitigating these conditions proactively.
And, you know, when we look at this full spectrum of things, you know, our investigation, our research doesn't stop.
We are feeding some of these back, some of these learnings back into our new products and solutions that are coming out.
So, when we look at, I think it would be very short-sighted for us to kind of look at this as a point of solution.
