A Gwinnett County, Georgia police officer is dead and others injured after they were shot by a suspect in a suburban Atlanta hotel room Sunday morning.
McClure says the officers were called to the room after someone told the hotel the credit card was being used fraudulently.
Suspect inviting the officers into the room where at some point he produced a handgun and fired at them.
The alleged shooter also shot by one of the officers he's expected to survive.
The injured officer said to be in serious but stable condition.
