And I haven't quite figured out what the exact number of minutes is because it does depend on what you do and what type of screens you're engaging with.
So even on your smartphones, you could be just doom scrolling versus chatting with your family or reading a book, right?
And so there's really quite a lot of variation.
But there's probably some research that maybe looks at
how much fatigue you feel in your eyes, right, in particular, because that's, you know, that can lead to eye strain.
And so, yeah, so I think that's more research to be looked at to sort of pinpoint exactly how much time is needed.
Oh, definitely.
Yeah.
And I think the idea is that we shouldn't get to that point, right, where we feel like we need to crash for 24 hours.
