Yeah, I think it's certainly changed.
And I think mental health issues have always been there.
I just think now there's more awareness about it and more support.
And I suppose more people feel that they're able to talk.
And interviews like what Gilly did are fantastic because it does help people.
And from my personal experience, I think when I was at England and they first introduced a sports psychologist,
Some of the players were a little bit apprehensive about going to talk to her about different issues and things.
But then I think once you build up a rapport with that person, I know for a fact that she helped a lot of players go through a lot of different things.
So, yeah, times have changed and for the better, in my opinion.
Because you've been a player and you've transitioned, obviously, to a coach and a manager, do you think that's helped you understand maybe what the players need throughout a time like this that is really different and none of us really know how to react?
