Well, I mean, we started doing these training courses when Lapidus didn't exist.

My first ones were with Jerry Luce.

I did ones in Scottish Church's house.

Sheena Blackhall trained with us, and that's why I invited Sheena to run the first one for Lapidus Scotland, which was in Whiston Lodge.

And I think that we're recognizing there was a lot of people around Scotland who were doing some of this work, but were not trained.

And in a way, the training is bringing people together who've done this work or want to do the work to get them in conversation with each other.

What do you do?

How do you do it?

And there's not one way.

There's many ways.

And I think people find their own way in developing it, but in conversation with others, in collaboration.

And I think that's one of the key things.

And certainly, you know, we used to call, when Valerie, myself, and Ted Bowman got together to lead these courses, we called it our dream team.

Because I don't know how many, we must have done 10 or 12 of these courses.

Over the years.

So, I mean, part of my purpose in wanting this was because our trio is not going to work together again.

And I felt like I wanted to capture something of the essence of our relationship.
