You know, dinner time because it's sort of a closing of the day and it's a time because children can, you wake up later so your breakfast routine might be out.
You might now be having brunch instead of breakfast.
And children will go all day, you know, and we have to remind them, drink some water because they get so lost in what they're doing, so wound up in what they're doing that we have to remind them.
And dinner time is a nice way to bring the family back together.
You've all had your busy days.
You've all been excited at different times of the day, doing different things.
Let's just all bring it back down.
Let's calm.
Let's reconnect to the family.

Now the body has to rest.

So those are two very important, important factors.

Yes.
You know, it's, oh, yeah, just watch your screen.
It's fine.
And then we all get lost of how much time is actually being spent on the screen.
So screen time is something that really, really has to be monitored.
And I think, if anything, that is where parents have to be very strict is in terms of screen time because it's one thing.
