Because you've seen me.
That's an interesting one because I think that everybody puts on different hats for different situations.
Men do as well.
I mean, men wear suits less often now.
But, you know, I've heard of people that went in as a graduate trainee and they bought their Marks and Spencers suit and were laughed at by everybody and, you know, got a designer suit so that next day they would fit in.
Do you think that there's an element of trying to fit in to be part of the crowd?
Absolutely.
And that comes with confidence and it probably comes with maturity as well.
There are very few people who are able to walk into a room
um at 15 unless they've been told that they are wonderful from the word go yeah and this comes down to um the foundations again doesn't it the way that we're brought up and our natural personality as well
Yeah, I would agree with that.
It is a combination of those things.
And I
I always have a question mark when people say he's a born leader.
It's usually a he.
And it might be from some unconscious bias that they've seen a leader like that before.
Therefore, this person or because they went to a particular school, therefore, they're a natural leader.
That's an interesting one.
Presence, I believe, is the ability to sit or stand and without saying anything, people will notice you.
that you got a charisma, for want of a better word, and I don't mean an actor's charisma or a celebrity charisma, one that you notice them when they come into the room.
