When we were in Vienna, because that's when we met in person, there were people there that had a natural presence.

from their personality but partly from self-confidence and awareness of the value they bring to the room yeah and and generally they were not the noisiest person in the room yeah and just as you were saying that I was thinking that I was reflecting on some of the people who were there and there was about 350 of us so it was a big room I think

Exactly.
And certainly some of the work that I do, I'm wanting to encourage those people to be seen, to be heard and to make an impact because the world needs them.
That's so true.
I do now.
I mean, I've developed it and I enjoy performing.
Of course, I get nervous.
And the same when I speak, I always get nervous.
But I know now I've done it enough times that that feeling that you have before you go on stage, I know I've done it before.
And when I go into my zone of excellence, I push that away so I can be the best I can be.

And we know that I'm sure you've had very grumpy bosses, ones that are really quite awkward.
What's really happening is that they're frightened or that they really don't know what to do with the company.
They're in dire straits.
And it comes out like that, them being horrid people.
Yeah, it's interesting.
