There are people that are triggered, aren't they?

Certainly, you know, I'm in a speaking association.

There are one or two people that get triggered, particularly when a young woman speaks.

And those people that are triggered, you and I can guess who they are.

They're demographic.

And they won't listen to the speaker.

They will be marching up to them afterwards and saying, you did that wrong, that wrong, that.

And it's nothing to do, nothing to do with the speech and all to do with their fear.

It's true.

We can take on board other people's emotions.

And in fact, we've got to have a boundary.

We've got to build up a boundary around ourselves for self-protection.

Yeah, be kind.

I mean, preparation is key.

One of the things that people get most anxious about is, what am I going to say?

And if you leave that until you...
