The winners in the future will be those who can figure out how to get everybody on the same page to work together as a team to create the most value from whatever you're trying to do.

So self-righteous indignation is the killer of all value from all the difference, right?

I think I'm right.

And I stop learning from you.

And it has to do with a deep level of lack of respect for other people's differences of thoughts, feelings, experiences, opinion.

And it's really – it's easy to shut down all things that are good.

Learning, innovation, risk-taking, problem-solving.

Why do you want to be around someone who thinks that they're right and you're wrong?
