And if I'm looking for a product, they will always do whatever they can to help me.

And that real owner mindset just comes through so strongly.

Whereas I can be in a large retail store where the employee is not incentivised at all and

you know, it can be pretty impactful, the difference.

So, you know, the more that we can be driving and empowering that ownership mindset where, you know, the employees do feel that discretionary, they want to make that discretionary effort because they do feel, you know, truly like an owner.

It's, yeah, it's hugely beneficial for the company, for, you know, wider economic benefits.

I would be asking about it.

I'd be asking the employer what mechanisms they have for me to get equity or get some sort of incentive.

And I think as an employer, that should be great news.

If you're hearing a prospective employee wanting to get that upside, wanting to get that incentivisation, I would have thought from an employer, that's a green flag.

Often we think about those existing owners before the IPO as insiders.

And really, they have much more information about the company themselves.

then maybe new investors that are looking at it once it's listed.

And so if those existing shareholders are selling down, maybe there's very good reason for that.

But it is definitely worth thinking about, given that they probably know more information about it.

So why are they selling versus, say, raising new money for growth and going, actually, we've got so many good opportunities.

We want to raise more money.

We're happy to dilute ourselves in order to grow the pie and grow the value of the company.

Yeah, I mean, look, each exchange has their own listing rules.

So there are differences from exchange to exchange.
