It definitely is.

And I mean, I will concur after spending decades in retail that it definitely it definitely helps to develop your soft skills.

There's absolutely no doubt about it.

But I suppose when you look at, you know, kind of how attractive retail is as a job and I think especially as a as a lifetime career, you know, particularly maybe for specialist retailers.

The wage does have to come into it and being paid a good wage to work really hard.

Retail work is hard.

Hats off to everybody who pulled up the shirts this morning, ran the hoover around.

It is hard work and it does require remuneration.

But I'm just curious, I suppose, the younger workers, like in terms of the minimum wage, the younger you are, actually, the cheaper you are to employ.

So I think that's kind of an interesting way.

So if you're under 18, if you're 18, if you're 19 and then it's only the full rate of paid if you're 20 and above.

The Department of Finance did a piece recently where they're actually looking at the impact of AI on on entry level jobs.

And Ireland is very, very much heavily weighted towards those type of jobs.

And they see a link between.

And again, I suppose it would cover the same time frame.

AI is actually having an impact on entry level roles.

No, no, but it would.
