And so I don't care where anyone is. If someone is at a job they hate, they feel like they're trapped. You can make shifts. I've helped clients make shifts very, very quickly with awareness, with having the confidence and the courage to take action. Most people are scared with understanding that you have to override your logical mind. Exactly what it is that you just said. It makes no sense.
Every big dream that I've had and so many big dreams for my clients, it makes no sense. Our logical minds will talk us out of it every single time if we allow them to. And so that's why it's so important to surround yourself with people that can show you evidence. Hey, this is possible. For anyone that's watched my TEDx, they've evolved and grown. So now they're seven. They were five.

How can I have a little empathy, compassion and grace and just sit with myself and these feelings and letting yourself feel them and move through them much quicker to the point where eventually you drop in, you feel it and you can turn up your frequency very fast. And so we live in a space where there's a lot of density and a lot of toxicity floating around.

And my guess is anyone that has landed on this conversation is feeling a call to, to rise, to raise their frequency, to have more fulfillment, to have more abundance. Maybe there's some amazing coworkers. Maybe you'll get some amazing perks. Start focusing on what is working. And while you're focusing on what is working, allow there to be room for feelings about other things and just notice them. And then start to say, like, give yourself a plan. You know, okay, if this isn't working, what is working? And this is where you have to override your logical mind.

If anything was possible, I had zero limits. What would I want to be doing? Okay. So you start thinking about that. You start having those conversations. You start playing in the field of dreams. You start getting in the space and energy of people are doing the things that feel exciting to you.
