So I'd been reading that since I was 13.

Because I was like, these are the places I'm going to go.

Even then, you were searching.

Yeah, and I'd come into Manchester for gigs and stuff.

But I was obsessed with, I needed to go to the Hacienda.

I really wanted to go.

Yeah.

And so started going.

I think at the first time, I'd just turned 15.

Ended up meeting someone who was a hairdresser and he was older than me.

And we would go into town and club together and stuff.
