A massive boost.

The first half, obviously they would be disappointed by the performance, but then again, we do think England, especially at bronze and Paris down that right-hand side, were very strong.

Obviously Scotland, as Shelley said, she changed the tactics and it worked.

So we're capable of doing really well.

So yeah, the Japan game, which will be extremely tough.

We know the Japanese hate playing them.

So yeah, but they can take that on the second half into the Japan game and hopefully get a result that they need.

And I think you said it was to do with natural and unnatural position.

So for me, Nicola is in a natural position.

So for me, the rule is if it's a natural position, it's no penalty.

So I might be confused.

Maybe I've picked that up wrong.

But for me, that's the rule if it's natural.

And she was in clearly a natural position.

So it's going to cause so much problems in the game.

I think she'll be proud of finishing the game well.

If we played how we did the first half, it could have been a lot more so for them.

I think if we just got the goal slightly earlier, then we would have pushed and got another goal for the draw.

So it was great.

We took England right to the wire and it was just unfortunate.
